On May 19, 2018, the annual Chinese animal husbandry event - the 16th (2018) China Animal Husbandry Expo (CAHE) was held at the Chongqing International Expo Center.

In 2018, the CAHE has the theme of “green, development, integration and innovation”. There are nearly 6,000 booths, more than 1,200 exhibitors, an exhibition area of 130,000 square meters, and a special installation rate of 93%. The internationalization rate has reached 20.4%, the old customer participation rate has reached more than 90% for many years, this time reached 95.5%, both hit a record high. Under the meticulous organization of the China Animal Agriculture Association, the CAHE has progressed with the times and successfully created an international platform for animal husbandry exchange in line with the development of the industry. It has become the largest, most technologically advanced and most extensive category of animal husbandry in China.
